Skate Pharm

I’m a Canadian visiting England and went in to get a souvenir as I’m an avid skateboarder back home and just wanted a little something and to look around but I was treated very rudely by an employee which turned me away from purchasing anything. Shop looks great and has amazing products customer service however is very below par.

An amazing skateshop with an owner who loves skating. Happy to see you in the shop. Happy if you are just browsing. You do not get many shops like this too often. Most stores seem to be 100% profit, forget the customer. We want money!!!You will not see this here. Or in any of the other Skater owned shops.This kind of company is what makes skateboarding the reason we do what we do because we love it =)

Received an extremely poor service which ended up with me waiting for a year for a refund and contacting on half a dozen occasions. The several times I complained my messages recieved moody, insolent responses. Quite literally one of their responses to my complaints started with 'yeah well I'm frustrated too..' and then a moody excuse for the bad customer experience. Can you imagine! Like dealing with a stroppy teenager. Surprising since the place has such good reviews, but my experience was just absurd.EDITING MY REVIEW since they have replied, how hilarious their response blames the issue on couriers which is a flat out lie! I ordered an item that said it was 'in stock' when it wasn't and then had to wait a year for a refund as they kept saying it was refunded when it wasn't. Nothing to do with couriers at all! What a pathetic excuse for a shop owner. How embarrassing! And the responses were very moody. Living up to my expectations clearly. Well done.

Shopped online with Skate Pharm a few times and always been happy with the product, descriptions and delivery time. Descriptions are especially important when buying a deck, and they always include a good level of detail in the listing. Shop’s own brand items are good quality, and they carry a really large range of brands and items. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend shopping here, hope I can visit in person some day.

A real skater owned and run business, selling proper skate kit for every standard of skateboarder from complete novice to pro level.Not only do they have a great range of product, but their online service is second to none and delivery swift too.Always happy to take time to advise and guide and actively contributing to the entire skate scene in Thanet! This is what a real skate shop is all about.

Superb skate shop. The guys that work here are really friendly and know their stuff. They gave me some expert advice to make sure I bought the right skateboard for my daughter 5 ⭐️

Skate Pharm is everything you need and more in a skate shop.Super friendly staff, professional, welcoming and knowledgable.I went in to buy some knee pads for my son and ended up speaking to Nic for about half an hour talking all things skating.Make some black Margate box logo t shirts for me though please :)
