What a pleasure dealing with the dealership and especially our point of contact Richard Simpson, who liaised with me throughout the whole process of buying our new (used) car from them - what a gent! Richard also helped me with a few bluetooth connectivity issues (no fault with the vehicle) the day after we got home with the car. I heartily recommend this dealership and the staff were brilliant.

They will help you with everything and make sure they give you the best deal possible, my family and I have brought 5 cars from here, the cars have all been in great condition and cleaned and serviced before leaving.Bradley helped me with buying my new car he was really helpful, happy, welcoming and nothing was too much, he also made sure that everything was in working order before leaving and he also made sure that he explained everything to me. The manger Savio also helped with the car too, he was also very happy to help.

The service care and support I received from Charlie and the team at Lookers was outstanding. Completing the paperwork was swift and efficient. Everything was explained to me clearly. I had a superb demonstration of the features and controls in my new car, particularly of the features my old car didn't have, such as cruise control. The car was in excellent condition and beautifully valeted. I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the forecourt. Everyone was friendly and worked together effectively to deliver my car. I could not fault the whole experience. Although it was 7 years since I last bought a car from Lookers, I was welcomed as a valued customer and made to feel very special. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for a used car. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and I am delighted with the high quality professional service I received from Charlie and the whole team.

I wasn't sure what service I would receive from such a large dealership however I needn't have worried getting a first class service from start to finish buying my new Mach 1 Mustang. Big thanks to Bradley & Savio for making me a very happy man.
