Absolutely shocking experience. My wife and I were discussing trainers with a very tall customer services male when we were interrupted by a very arrogant customer who wanted to be served straight away. I told the customer that we were here first in the shoe section. All we got was a mouthful of expletives from the customer with the Customer Services male doing nothing. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this store like the plague.Will never go back.

Great store for sports equipment and wearing.The prices that Sports direct offer are unmatched!

Staff is not supportive at all two indian girls on shopfloor one with red bangle other with glasses really rough and rude arrogant refuse to help really unprofessional service by staff

Thursday 12 noon. 9 customers waiting to pay at the only till open with just one staff member. Other staff happy to laugh n joke in small groups, one even barged past me, knocking me, no apology, no acknowledgement. Train your staff to provide a decent service. Shocking!!!

Went recently to buy a white shoe for my child. Have good quality and varieties of shoes. Good options are available. Staffs are very friendly and help me to get pair of shoes and get next size from stock rooms. Thanks for your help and support.

A splendid shop with very helpful and friendly staff. My favourite sports store. The company has numerous other branches strategically located around London and many other English Towns. So you will always be near a Sports Direct Store. The shop in Uxbridge is situated on first and second floors. With two escalators for entrance and exit. And another escalator for the second floor. The shop specialises in sports clothing and accessories for men, women and children. They have recently redecorated the fitting rooms and altered from two small rooms to one large room. So if you are XX Large and above ( like me) then you must try the new fitting room. I have most recently purchased a pair of jeans (Air Walk) which are a unique design that are quite difficult to find. Luckily although the shop have only a few pairs on their shelves. I was able to find the right size. The jeans were on offer for a sale price of 50% discount. The good thing with a lot of their items is that they are often very generously discounted at around 50%.

I feel for the staff in this place.The systems do not seem to be set up for them to provide a good customer experience. The computers are always crashing and signs are wrong. (Eg Click and collect on first floor).

Very rude staff today i go with my family we buy shoes from here but the staff was so rude the fat guy was on the entrance he was very rude with me and with other customers aswell. We drop all the stuff we buy from sports direct and we go from there because this is not a way to talk. Never ever i go again to that store.

The two sales advisors were super helpful, even if it was just them on the second floor and fairly busy, they remained polite, professional and tried there best to help find the correct size for my daughter. One of the best services I’ve encountered from a high street store . Thank you

The worse company policy and staff attitude I ever seen.I bought 2 identical jeans both size 30. At home I discovered one of them is significantly wider than the other one. Clearly it was size 34 although all tags says 30. Took it back for a refund next day but the staff refused to accept it as faulty even though he acknowledges it is wrong he refused refunding the money and only offer store credit or replacement but they were the last.According to company policy on their website any faulty item is subject to full refund but the staff don’t deem the faulty size as faulty product. Supervisor refused too. Asked for manager not available all day. Asked to call manager also not available. Asked to contact other manager from the company also not available.Then asked me to leave and threatened me to call security. I told them please do so that I can escalate the situation in official capacity to get someone attention.Company has the worst return policy and even worse staff and management.Last time I shopped there 11 years ago and today. I will never shop at any sport direct ever.
