Filip came out on Xmas eve and detected the source of the leak in my toilet quickly. He was very professional and clear in his explaining of what the issue was. I was very happy that he managed to fix the leak on the spot with parts he had with him and didn’t have to visit a second time. I would recommend Filip to family and friends.

Phill visited promptly after I was advised by Thames Water to find a plumber to look for a potential leak. Within 15 minutes of him arriving he was able to find the leak and offer a solution. He helped me find the correct part and fitted it once it had arrived. I very much recommend this genuine business.Another plumber that I found quoted much more than Phill and stated that the problem was bigger than it actually was.
