Stanton House

My grandmother live at Stanton house for 12 years and she hated the place at first it was a nice place until they took away the carers since then the place has gone down hill. Management hardly ever there and seems very uncaring. The heating is on constantly and is way too hot to the point my grandmother got very I'll and was extremely dehidrated. Would not advise anyone to put a member of their family in this place.

Came about 6 years ago and the place was okay. Sue who was in charge at the time and she was wonderful.Then she retired about 3 years ago and since then the place has gone to the dogs.Staff are useless and completely indifferent. The heating system breaks down constantly and nothing gets done about it. If you complain you are branded a troublemaker or in my case paranoid and volatile!They actually put a questionnaire through the letterbox with that information on it.Rubbish place rubbish staff...if your thinking of moving here....DON'T!!!
