Denturly Liverpool

This should read minus.stars.The company is a complete fraud .Claims are a joke.Everything connected is such poor standard .No hygiene nothing like a dental surgery.Technition took.cash for deposit, continued scan without washing hands..No PPE worn gloves which are mandatory, masks, sterilisation.Just an office.No receipts given.There are no references regarding qualifications.Not.qualified people.Do not hand over.any money.I complained about the whole system.The incredibly arrogant person in charge Mr G Byrne said because I had complained i would not continue treatment, there was no treatment plan.And i would not get a refund.So they have stolen my cash .I have never come accross such a total sham.There is no design procedure just bog standard dentures .I am reporting to GDC and CQC.They cannot be allowed to deceive and take advantage of an older generation.They also have no complaints procedure because they don't do complaints or refunds.Just read all the reviews in favour , they are all falsely writtenI was promised results in 2 weeks , by the owner Sked for more money.The next day after complainingI was told we.will not continue and no refund.This is how the company works by keeping your money and no denture.Same for each company they use and closeThey make their money through spurious activitiesCheck all you can before parting with any money.Better still find a reputable company with.qualifield staff.I will get my money back with.help of bank and bring these people to justice

I’ve used Denturly , was very happy and pleased with my new teeth . Dr, Dee and Georgie dental nurse are amazing , from the very first appointment right through they make you very welcome and put you at total ease . My new teeth have give me so much confidence and a great smile , I would highly recommend Denturly to anyone looking to get new dentures they are amazing .

A marvellous experience with lovely people, especially Dr Dee and Georgie. They were both very helpful, friendly and polite. I had a small problem with my denture which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I now have a good fitting, nice looking denture.I would highly recommend this firm.

Felt so low losing my front tooth, then I found denturly Liverpool, wow what an experience, within 3 weeks I had my front dentures, couldn’t be more happier, thank you so much denturly. My experience with you was first class, and was always in touch with me, they even went the extra mile, when I asked for any cancelled appointments, within 2 days they were there for me, thank you so much denturly Liverpool. I had my very first appointment here today and it was such a pleasure to meet Dr Taffy and Georgia. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable and I am looking forward to receiving my new dentures. What lovely people you are.

If your thinking of dentures DO NOT come here. I Would give this company zero stars if I could as they are not worth ONE! we are just going through the process of getting a refund from Lloyds bank as the way I was treated was terrible. Three months to make a top set of Dentures...taking money off me each time I visited..they are after money only..the first technician was a learning student and all went wrong and they had to re-start again, eventually I got the dentures and they hurt so much they were unwearable, they tried to adjust them but still no good..in the end I asked for a refund and a Mr. Graham Byrne on the phone said he would not refund!! So we have a case now against them and LLoyds bank are supporting us. The teeth are not right and they have no sympathy. If you have to go there or in the proccess of having Dentures made there do NOT give them any money until ypu get and are satisfied with the Dentures. They only want money do not give these people any till satisfied. It is the Manchester Branch and my name is Mrs Veronica Fisher..M5...unfortunately I AM a patient..

Had excellent service from Dr Valerie and Georgie. They made me feel comfortable and very relaxed when I had my consultations and the procedure was done very professionally and was far less painful than I expected.

My experience at Denturly has been exceptional from start to finish , especially hats off to Dr Dee who reassured me to let me relax and let him redesign a new cosmetic smile for myself and since then I haven’t looked back and also to Georgie and the other dental nurses . My experience with you all has been second to none and I hope other people reading this can feel confident to go forward to Denturly for their own treatment.
