I was glad to find the service. Easy to book. B12 was my first one. Glad we can have this facility. Injection was good no issues.

I was really clueless about the vaccines I needed before heading to South Africa for the first time. Luckily, Mohammad was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to go through everything with me, patiently answered all my questions, and laid out the different choices I could go for.He let me know what was available through the NHS, so really helped me save money. The vaccines that I couldn't get through the NHS I've received here, and he's handled the different times I needed to book in with flexibility. I received a certificate and travel advice digitally straight afterwards too, so everything has been really efficient.If you're planning a trip and need some solid advice or vaccines, I'd definitely suggest coming here!

A very professional experience of the Clinic. My wife and I had a good consultation regarding our travel plans and the required vaccinations. There was no selling going on, just a very adult conversation about the requirements and the process. They were also flexible about dates and fitted in with our plans. Great service.

I attended Muxton Pharmacy for advice on the travel vaccinations required for a lengthy trip to Africa. The reasons for the recommended vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis were fully explained along with any potential side effects. The injections were administered effectively, with arrangements for follow up appointments set in place on the day. Overall a very professional service on a par with the specialist travel clinics I have attended previously.Richard P

Excellent friendly service provided by a very knowledgeable specialist.The clinic not only carried out the inoculations, they also provided comprehensive medical/health advice/data information sheets covering all aspects of the trip.

I was bitten by a stray dog abroad. I had 3 rabbies jabs abroad and my 4th one here. From booking the appointment to the appointment itself, the travel clinic has been absolutely brilliant. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Very impressed by their efficiency, highly recommended.

I am travelling to India with work so attended the travel clinic for a consultation and vaccinations. This trip is fairly short notice but the availability for consultation and vaccination at Muxton was excellent, and very quick and easy to book online. Mohammed has been very professional throughout. He had researched what I needed before my consultation, so was clear about what I could have at Muxton, and what I could have at the GP, which was helpful. I had my first vaccinations on Friday, and these were expertly given by Mohammad who put me at my ease beforehand. I had very little pain at the time of vaccination and have had no side effects. His follow up information has been as promised and I have my next appointment booked.

Excellent, friendly and caring. My consultant was very knowledgeable about what injections were required for the area of Africa I was visiting.I also received an email advising me about food and drink, hygiene, insects etc.I would definitely recommend them and will be visiting them again in the future for my holiday injections.Fantastic service, thank you.
