Awful!After having a really bad repair where the paint chipped off; I tried contacting the technician who did it, to only be ignored.I then contacted the main office, who told me there was no record of my recent repair, nor numerous prior. The technician had been taking my money and not logging the job - meaning the company would not guarantee the works (through absolutely no fault of my own)So not only did I spend money for shoddy repairs, I also had no guarantee despite this person using a company van company products etc.The company wanted information from me to pursue the matter against the employee; yet offered me absolutely nothing in return; refused to correct his work despite me being essentially robbed under their guise.Worryingly, they had said that this employee was one of their best; let me attach a picture of their “best work”, this would show you paint that chips away; paintwork so thick that drips are on and dried into the alloy.The cost of repairing only his work was £800; the company could have done this as a gesture of good will given I helped them discover they had been robbed of thousands due to this (now former) employee.
