Disgusting attitude from their staff blocking the nursery drop off parking next door. As their vans were in the nursery parking we had no choice but to block them in for 5 minutes, my wife was then threatened with having her car smashed up" and several expletives used in front of our 2 year old."

I would like to preface this review by saying that the company have already had an opportunity to rectify their mistakes but their staff have provided an abysmal service twice now. Decorators came to paint my bathroom following a new suite being fitted and nothing was done correctly: the walls were not prepped or sanded, the ceiling was not prepped correctly where there was peeling paint and nothing was filled prior to the painting being done. The decorators only did 1 coat of paint because (in their own words) “I’m not waiting around to do a 2nd coat, I’m finishing early so I can get to the pub”. They did not paint up to the back of the sink, they didn’t move the toilet lid to paint behind it and they painted around the top of the blind and missed the top of the window. They also didn’t cover any of the brand new bathroom suite, leaving paint splatters everywhere. The paint work was completely cracked and peeling on the walls and ceiling less than 2 months after it was done. To add insult to injury, they urinated all over my toilet seat before they left. This was reported via Morgan Sindle and I was assured that they would be sent back out and it would be rectified. They did not show up on the next date that they were meant to but another member of staff did come a week later to fix the issues in the bathroom and to paint the kitchen, following a new kitchen being put in. My first issue with this instance was that the decorator left at 2:30pm and 3pm the next day. The 2nd issue was that the job (once again) was completed to a terrible standard. No prep work done again and he left the skirting boards unfinished (and completely missed) in most places. He also repainted the bathroom. No prep, no sanding down and the paint is already cracking a week later AGAIN. I am genuinely baffled how any trades person can look at this work and think it is acceptable. Since the work has been done I have had a QUALIFIED decorator at the property and will now have to pay someone else to fix this mistake.

Just had Greens in our school, can very highly recommended this company, probably the best I've used in 20 years, the job was done in a quick and professional manner, Lee and company did a top class job with excellent finishing results, if your looking for a competitive priced company with first class staff and outlook, look know further.
