Very unprofessional agency, won't even bother turning up for a viewing

Helpful when you are there but never contact you outside. Constant promises to send properties your way or to call you back without any action.

They post flats up you go see them they tell you to contact to office for the next steps then every time you call its the agent will call you back but never ever do then re ad the property back up gibi g peolle like me false hope yh nice little flat accepts housing benefits available today then you never get no call back they don't know what you on about when you call !rubbish customer service .if you don't want to rent them out don't post them !!!!

I haven't got anything positive to say about my experience the agent would never contact me to keep me informed about any of the property's I constantly had to leave messages at the office for him possibly one of the worst letting agents I've experienced
