Snapped watch strap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Choose a new strap and left the shop for 20 minutes for other shopping. On returning the strap had been replaced the watch cleaned and pins renewed.Thoroughly excellent service, would recommend for anything watch or clock related.

An almost hidden gem in Eastleigh. They have the most amazing collection of reasonably priced watches such as Casio and G-Shock. We had been looking for a boys watch for ages and this shop had dozens!They do servicing and battery replacements as well.

Helped fix several of my watches which awesomely competitive pricing.They have worked on my Breitling Chronomat to my Swatch, with absolutely no issues.If they are unable to do work which is required, they have a wealth of contacts who can complete the job.Highly recommended and I will certainly be a returning customer!

Indian rude unprofessional lady tried to repair my watches. When i came back, watches was abraded and scratched. Watches cost £335 and they was brand new. Her excuse was: I am not responsible for your watches. SERIOUSLY??? NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grandfather always appreciated the wonderful customer service, especially that of the engineer who would look at his watches.

I'd found my old Citizen watch on a work bench in the garage, but the battery was dead. I took it here and was suitable told off for allowing the watch too get so grubby!!! Not only did she replace the battery, but also cleaned the watch...and all for £4.50. Brilliant service and great price. Thank you.

A pleasant woman dealt with my order over the phone. Prompt dispatch of the watch. The watch, box and papers all arrived in excellent condition - I am very happy with my new/discontinued watch.I would not hesitate to purchase more watches from her in the future.Thank you Ma'am.

Bought a watch on 29.11.20 as Xmas present, by end March it wasn’t working. Very unhelpful lady said as it was 4 months old she would look at it but it would not be replaced if watch couldn’t be fixed, and not happy she would have to pay return postage to get back to me. Said I could take it into shop, I’m in Kent they are in Hampshire!! Said I was rude, when it was her being so unhelpful, I just couldn’t get her to understand situation was unacceptable, she just hung up on me.Luckily Casio have been wonderful, really helpful lady, what a difference.Please be careful with this company, if you have problems you won’t get much help.

A wonderful little shop!My Seiko watch battery was fitted in no time at all and I was also advised how to prolong the battery life of my watch.I thoroughly recommend this place.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCEIf I could leave no stars I would. I went in to buy a watch for my little girl who wants to tell the time. I chose a watch and the strap was changed. Paid, took the watch and checked the time on the watch when I left within five minutes of leaving realised the watch wasn’t working. I returned immediately and was told “it was working” (which clearly was untruthful) by the lady in the shop and that I could not have a refund Even though I questioned this in regards to statuary rights. I was so angry, appalled and disgusted I walked out without the watch as useless, and no money returned, and no I don’t want a credit note to buy so that I have to come back to this appalling shop. Absolutely disgusting, I have lost my money, and my little girl didn’t have a watch. I will never ever go here again and would not recommend to anyone I’m very upset And more importantly have a very upset child. Appalling and worst of all the shop owner doesn’t care at all.
