I have never had a better experience buying a used car!No pressure, no hard sell, just informative, friendly advice.Also, I have been unfortunate enough to have to call on the after sales service. But this was made as painless a process as possible, Neil and the team in the service department have been extremely thorough and kept me informed of their progress each day.All in all, I feel like I've really been looked after from start to current position (repairs are ongoing) ..I wouldn't hesitate recommending the team at Car Supermarket to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle....

Purchased a 7 year old car through this company 1 week ago, Has a couple of small problems which I feel should of been noticed before the sale that are hopefully getting sorted this week, however these things happen and as long as they are put right, no problem.An update on my review: An extra * given for good customer service, Thank you!

My wife ( Janine ) & I bought a BMW from Gareth at CarSupermarket. Excellent customer service throughout. Explained everything really well. Had the car ready in in less than 2 days & managed to bring the pickup date forward. Car was immaculate inside & out. Great deal. Will definitely be back again..

Big thanks to Jacob at Hessle branch for providing excellent service when buying my replacement car. I was able to place a £100 deposit to secure the car whilst I went on holiday for 2 weeks and on my return to eventually collect the car, Jacob collected me from railway station promptly and within a couple of hours I was on the road with everything sorted so smoothly. This is definitely a place to think about buying your next car!

After a few hours drive and seeing the car I decided to go ahead with the buy. My salesman was named James and he was brilliant, he tried to sort everything to make the car ready to go on the Saturday, unfortunately due to delays clearing the payment it wasn’t possible and had to come back the next day to collect. But well worth the long weekend to get it sorted. Very good communication from James and I was kept well up to date. Thank you, the car is a dream!

No issues for the first year but they upsell you duracare paint protection , 'the ultimate paint protection' with a 4 year cover, when you ask after a year for them to help due to peeling paint they say no it's covered for 6 months, despite the document saying 4 years. Service department tried their best but after speaking to 2 managers they didn't seem to want to help.
