Great service from Ivan, really personal experience with my Surron Ultra. Ivan delivered the bike to west Cornwall personally after a troublesome experience with EEMC.Thanks for your help mate, really appreciated. After being totally impressed by Ivan and his team's service at Magnet Moto on my first. Zero the SRS , it was without doubt I'd return for another. I did have a few niggles with the SRS which were dealt with absolute commitment to customer service. This gave me the confidence to move onto the all new DSR/x fresh out the crate, and what a machine. As a motorcycle instructor I needed range, comfort, performance in a bike that I could use for work and pleasure. This is the one! So happy with my purchase. Thanks to Ivan, Ergid and Dale at Zero.

Thank you Ivan for helping me out today, just popped in for a chat and my Zero SR/F got plenty of attention that I wasn't expecting - especially as you were so busy! A full charge for my return journey, firmware update and motor sync! You guys are my dealership of choice now :) I must book a test ride of the Energica Experia when it's next available! It was great to see a wide selection of new EMC's to drawl over as well.

Service delivered from Ivan was second to none. They have a wide variety of bikes in stock, the owner is very patient and very knowledgeable in the products and services he offers. If you are looking for an electric bike have a chat with him and test ride a bike or two to have a feel for which one suits you and your riding habits

What a pleasure Ivan is to deal with. He even stayed open late for me as I was travelling a long way. Helped me dismantle the bike, and we managed to fit a Talaria Sting R into the back of an Abarth 595! That was not easy I can tell ya.Very knowledgeable on the products he sells which is a rare thing in this day and age.I would not hesitate to purchase another bike from Magnet Motos, a top class service.

I went for a test ride on an Energica Ribelle. Ivan and Tom were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, even taking the time while I was out to take a look at a few bits on my bike and charge it up. I wish more dealerships were this supportive. Location is round the back, follow signs for goods entrance.

Ivan was superb to deal with, Been wanting a Sur-Ron light bee for a while and happened to come across Magnet Motos. the service Ivan provided was unmatched from sorting the paperwork to delivery of the motorcycle, may I add all within 24hrs. Ivan is the equivalent of amazon prime when it comes to getting his bikes out to his customers. Top notch man and company would recommend to anyone in the market for one.
