I can't speak highly enough of Luke and his team. Luke was always on hand to answer question and explain the process and time scales. He is extremely professional and accommodating. Dealing directly with the insurance company which was a huge weight off my mind. We had a large whole appear in our bathroom ceiling due to a leak in the property above. It now looks better than it did before and I have no reason to think the problem will reoccur. More than happy to recommend to anyone with a similar problem.

Very high standard of work and competitive price. I had Charles Francis completely replace my bathroom ceiling after an upstairs leak significantly damaged my original. Their plasterers were very friendly and professional. Each day they would leave my house as they found it so there was little disturbance. They efficiently installed the double thickness plaster, applied a skim coat and emulsion paint. All done in 5 days, ahead of schedule. I'd have them complete work for me again.

Very pleased with the work done by Charles Francis Building Solutions. We had a water damage to our bathroom ceiling. This was repaired by Luke and his team in a very professional manner. They were reliable, thorough, helpful and always polite.

The work was mostly acceptable but some was not finished e.g. they removed the bath screen and have not replaced it despite me asking for it to be done several times. The bathroom floor tiles which did not have any issues when the work started are now chipped in several places. After the work was done" and the floors had been replaced
