the work in the garden was rough. very rough. we needed to make a lot of repairs due to their carelessness and at a cost of over £800 extra. started the job well but the longer it went they became more difficult. Would turn up late and leave early. Some days were a no show and always and excuse with a bad attitude.I repaired a lot of the work they did. Took down a lot of sleepers in place and refitted them properly.The retaining wall was a shambles. it will not last long. it was not straight and was one of the worst finished I have ever seen. posts were set at an angle and not straight. They are not professionals and kept charging for more hidden prices. eg. a digger at a cost of £1500.We got 3 ton of chuckies but they never came but we were still charged £500.The fence was badly damaged and the lot needed taken down built again. £800 extra.We paid for 5 pallets of sleepers at £900 each. Only 3 came.very disappointing and shoddy work.Good at cutting grass. Shockingly bad at everything else.My partner and I felt bullied and very intimidated and felt we had no choice but to pay up as the threat that they would come back and do something was there. £4000 extra we paid above the original quote.make sure you stick to the quote. expect to be charged a lot more than expected and if you expect a really good finish they you will not get that from this company.I would advise to stay away if you want a professional finish that will last.
