I used to have car insurance with this company and was happy to return, phoned 4 times in the same week - spoke to Susan and April and each time I was told can’t do a quote right, we’ll call you back, but they never did despite repeated chasing. Clearly my custom not wanted so I’ve taken the hint and given my money to Aviva.

Independent insurance broker that will do all they can to get you the best deal. Any problems they will advise you what to do without having to press 30 different numbers on the phone and tell the story to 10 different people.

As part of the great service Merenda insurance offer they will remind you when your insurance policy is due for renewal, not only do they remind you, they research the market to see if they can find you a cheaper policy for the same if not better cover! I have saved £75.00 on my new policy and I didn't even lift a finger. Now that is GREAT SERVICE! Thank You.
