Great service! All the time.

This is quite possibly the worst dry cleaners I have ever used! I’m only giving them one star due to the fact I can not give them zero stars!This dry cleaners shrank my white house company £600 cardigan after attempting to remove a red wine stain. They then denied all responsibility and the fact the cardigan has shrunk, even though the untrained eye could clearly see what had happened. I would have had better luck using my washing machine at home rather than the incompetent staff that infest this dry cleaners. By all means take your socks to this dry cleaner but I wouldn’t trust them with anything else!Please also note that Ironing Angels investor uses this dry cleaners as they’re dry cleaning service stay well clear.I was offered no compensation, replacement or APOLOGY!!!Absolutely appalling establishment. Do not trust your fine knit wear with these idiots!

These guys are amazing. I came across them when searching for “Willow Specialised DC”. I have to say I am really glad I found them. I thought Specialised DC were okay but these guys are BRILIANT. They take care of everything with their free collection and delivery and the quality of service. They picked up on Monday and it was back with me perfectly cleaned and packed on Thursday of the same week – Thanks guys BRILIANT. Sorry “Willow Specialised DC”, I won’t be coming back – everyone please go to “WILLOW SPRING DC”.

Willow Spring did an absolutely amazing job getting an old hot chocolate stain out of a MustardColoured coat, the coat now looks brand new, there is no trace of the stain at all.I took the coat in on a Saturday morning, 2 hours later I got a text to say the coat was ready even though I hadn’t paid for express cleaning.Thank you so much for such a superb service, I really didn’t think it would be possible to remove this stain, price was very reasonable too!
