Super friendly and very helpful. We were dealing with Emma throughout the sale of our flat and purchase of our house. She was fabulous with communication, all her checks and documentation were thorough and at no point in the process did we feel stressed or anxious. Even our developer was impressed with her work. We were in our new home within 10 weeks, the 10 weeks was also over Christmas and New Years. I would highly recommend.We'd also used Boyes Turner a few years ago for the purchase of our flat, the service was professional and thorough at that time as well.

I was looking for a solicitor recently to represent and help us with a SEN education issue. They were so professional and friendly and one of the solicitors phoned me to discuss rather than a first contact person, and she reassured me immediately. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was happy to go ahead and use this solicitor rather than anyone else. Friendly until the moment that I gave my name at which point the person I was speaking to changed her tone of voice, asked if that was my Christian" name and informed me I couldn't be helped as they didn't offer the service I required (shared ownership) DESPITE it being on their the website (a point I raised and she brushed off). She very abruptly ended the call and I was called back not even a minute later by a colleague who had overheard the conversation... I'm disgusted."

I had brilliant experience with buying and selling my property with Boyes and Turner. I never had to chase anything during the whole process and well informed by relevant people.Caitlin is super efficient and very responsive during the whole process. We were informed with everything immediately by Caitlin and problems mostly got resolved on same date which is exceptional!!I am looking forward to work with Boyes and turner and Caitlin again in the future!

Best firm aroundAll of the staff our brilliant and polite, They are not in a rush to take your money and put the phone down like most firms do. They our worth every Penny they charge. I have used them on a few occasions, and i have always had the best results. Mr Russllle May is the best solicitor i have come across, i can recommend him to every one. What ever he says and advises, is what always happens in all cases. The best thing about this solicitor is that he will not give false hopes and lie to take your case on. This guy is a magician. They are specialist in difficulty cases.
