Snappy Snaps

Snappy snap first took my son's visa photo at a wrong angle. I asked for a retake and reprint of the photo, after a few minutes of convincing, they finally retake the photo. Awesome snappy snap for this

I asked the staff that i wanted to print out some photos. He directed me to self printing PCs. After trying to figure out the system, i understood we can not print Passport Photos from those PCs (lost like 5 mins there for no reason).I asked the staff again, he said he should print it himself. Then why didnt you ask what i want to print in the first place? I am new in the city and i can not know all your rules.I showed him another photo as a sample, and i want the same size, so that he can figure out the size. He didnt measure and asked me the size. I thought he has no intention to measure and i said it is 4x6 cms. Again after a min or so, he decided to measure the sample and said it is 5x6 you can only get 2 not 4". Sorry for the bother.Overall attitude of personnel is rude. And paying 20 pounds for 2 small photos is very unreasonable. There are many cheaper other options on internet. I don't recommend this store."

Perfect service and product, friendly staff. We have been customer for over 6 years now. Disappointing service on several points.- 1. The price is excessive (13 pounds for 4 passport photos). For comparison at the embassy it costs 5 pounds for 5 photos.- 2. Even after reminding the required dimensions several times they managed to get it wrong. I had to re do them at the embassy.- 3. On a minor and more personal note one of the staff member is unfriendly, doesn’t help to diminish the overall negative impression.

Very nice and professional staff. I've got my passport photos in minutes. Definitely recommended. Prices are good too

Rude staff, rushed my passport photos even though the shop was practically empty. I was under the impression I was just causing a inconvenience by visiting the shop.And didn't send them by email as asked, I had to call up layer to get them sent. Apparently didn't check the formatting because it got rejected anyway.Don't spend money here when you can do a better job at home.13 pounds wasted.

Why my opinion was removed, it was probably the most accurate today during my stay at the plant I was cheated and they tried to charge me again by mistake of the employeeMoreover, I was ignoredThe staff should first undergo a certified training and then perform their duties while on the job

Refund policy is wholly unfair to customers and staff are (perhaps wilfully) ignorant of statutory rights to a refund.For transparency, I have been into store to ask (in person) for a refund - I was not willing to accept a credit note (it is my right to request a refund to the payment card).Why do you have a policy which only the owner / area manager can issue refunds and not the store manager? The policy itself seems regressive and designs to prevent customers from exercising their statutory rights.

Had new business photos done here (they had also done my previous ones ) - excellent price, friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.
