Great service! Fitted a new boiler and central heating space within the space of a few days. Can't fault the installation or service!

Unprofessional and unreliable.

How terribly irresponsible and unprofessional of this young man John, a Vaillant installer, not to call me back regarding a problem after he visited, diagnosed and discussed with me. It would have made such a difference had he called me back to give his reason for not wanting to/being able to do the job which would have been accepted and not warranted this review. To ignore both my calls is a reflection upon his own reliability and ability to get the job done as a Vaillant installer.Hello John, Whilst I agree that you did not want to charge me for the callout, I refused and paid you half the callout fee. Had you explained in a phone call what you have stated below, that would have been accepted. A heating engineer came out this morning, did his analysis, went out and bought the part within 2 hours. The boiler is fixed.

Great service, quick response and everything done on time. I was pleasantly surprised when they not only fixed my problem but also installed my waste pipes for free and offered a good, bundle price on a boiler service. Very polite and clean. I’d highly recommend Wiltshire Gas - it’s a fairly new trade but one that will definitely be successful with a great customer experience provided.

John responded to a callout very promptly and after diagnosis, arranged to replace our boiler within good time. He was friendly, efficient, professional and tidy. I’d highly recommend.
