So thrilled with a ring I have just collected from this store. A beautiful tanzanite stone (a previous purchase which had been hidden in a drawer but deserved to be seen!) set in gold with two brilliant diamonds on the shoulders was designed by Sam who took great interest and skill in its construction. Thank you so much!

Sam has just created me the most beautiful stunning bespoke ring I could ever dream of, using my engagement ring, my sisters ring and some gold from my Mum. It is unique and made just for me. From start to finish professional helpful friendly and extremely experienced. From Cad designs, revisions and even a mock up of the ring to try. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and the team.

I cannot express enough how excellent this team is. I started speaking to Sam in November of 2021 as I was looking to have a bespoke engagement ring made. I provided a sketch to work to and they very quickly came back with a quote, after a bit of redesign on the sketch I was happy with both the design and quote, and we went ahead with 3D CAD of the ring. Following this we had the CAD 3D printed, and a small design change made from there, and the CAD remade to reflect this. Throughout this entire process Sam was patient with the changes, knowledgeable, and forthright when it came to making choices on the design of the ring. Once I had OK'd the design Sam handled the production of the ring and kept me up to date. It was finished much faster than I was expecting, and the ring itself was stunning. Sam showed that he genuinely cared that I was happy with the ring, and we both left the situation very pleased with the results.

A wonderful place and so easy to deal with. Sam and his team will always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. A while ago I had a early 1970’s Omega Seamaster watch. Despite taking it to a few watch repair shops in London I could never get it working properly. Sam sorted the issue and the watch works perfectly. Yesterday I collected a Patek Philippe watch. Beautifully repaired at a third of the cost at the main dealer.Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend this personal and quite delightful jewellers. The service is refreshing and not pushy or rushed. Sam has been particularly personable and knowledgeable but everyone I have come across has been so friendly.They have some beautiful jewellery at very competitive prices and they also make/ repair to a very high standard.

We had a really good experience having requested bespoke wedding bands and an engagement ring to be repaired. I didn't want your normal ring and after showing them a couple of pictures for ideas, I got exactly what I wanted. The whole process didn't take long at all, considering they were already really busy. This was all done at a very reasonable price too. We were really happy with both the service and the rings, couldn't recommend them enough.
