SIXT Car & Van Hire - Reading

I had such a great experience with Sixt Reading. Very friendly, extremely professional - and gave me a welcomed upgrade when the car I wanted wasn't available. I subsequently increased my hire from an intial week to 3.5 weeks - so there flexibility was a smart move. The Sixt app is also super easy to change/extend bookings - so I would always choose Sixt first over (even cheaper) competitors.

It was an excellent experience with you guys. The car was very comfortable and high class. Thanks to the fantastic team which served me (Rita, Danial and Matt) they were very friendly and fast in providing what I need. I’m very surprise that this is a new damage to the vehicle as they call. Should this happen, the money spent will absolutely be money wasted if no Full Insurance protection. REALLY DISAPPOINTED and bad impression for Sixt rental service and after sale service.I would like to share the below vehicle images which’s I pick up on 16th of July at Sixt centre(RG1 0JZ). In meanwhile, I found the scratch at the front of bumper at passenger side when I look around and reported this problem to your colleague who call “Matt” immediately. He said that it didn’t matter and no need to care about the scratch due to I have bought the Full Insurance for this vehicle renting.POOR GUY!!!

Sixt Chatham Branch Reading UK...I had a fantastic customer service with Rita. She is so lovely, friendly and very kind. My experienced was so smoothly done and as I took lucky dip as always and took ZERO excess in person, Rita gave me a cool car. I was so happy and very satisfied. Rented a car with these guys for a couple of months and the service was impeccable! Emilio made the experience such a pleasure! On the day I hired I arrived and was told I needed DVLA code. This had not been advised prior but the staff were patient as I tried ti retrieve one. Was upgraded on day which was excellent. I only mark it down a star because I have never been able to secure a car again on the day I want one. Leading me ti use enterprise

Started using Sixt due to some recent bad experiences at a competitor company. I arrived early but Matt was extremely helpful and ran me through the options of different cars available. Genuinely the friendliest staff I've dealt with and I rent cars on a very regular basis. I will 100% be visiting again next time I'm in Reading. The car was immaculate and I felt comfortable all of the existing marks had been documented. Drove 1,200 miles without any problems and when I returned it Daniel had me in & out in a matter of minutes. Very friendly, Very quick, and definitely recommended.

Matt D pinned a scratch on front driver alloy on me but I had photo proving it was old. Photo of passenger front alloy damage all round rim but Matt failed to even list on my contract. Pinned imperceptible dent on rear passenger door on me, my photo included only part of door. IT WAS NOT ME WHO DENTED REAR DOOR, HE FAILED TO RECORD IT.
