* little choice (not buffet)* Food very bland, unpleasant, grim myplate was left full.* member of staff told us they were closed.We left when another server let us knowdifferently this resulted in what I can onlydescribe as temper tantrum from theprevious girl* Very unwelcoming environment souncomfortable.* Dirty plates given to us also.We had a wonderful time at the park butended up leaving soo disappointed and stillhungry after visitIng here. Can't say I willbe back or recommend to anyone !:(

How do you oversalt pizza sauce?I’ve had better pasta from a can.Pretty sure it’s only there in case your tiny child insists on pizza.Reasonably sure at least some of the pizza was out on the buffet for over 4 hours, so there’s that.

Staff were rude/miserable they didn’t want to be there and really snotty/snobby food was ok pizza was not the best but alright not £16 like garlic bread was good and they were the only options no way you can call it a ‘buffet’

Disgusting food only 2 choice of pasta and pizza for a buffet it’s absolutely shocking. Pastas not seasoned just horrible. A member of the staff was been horrible when we came in and was saying they closed when they were not actually closed. Manager probably seen her turn us away and another staff came baff to get us and when we came back the girl saw us and flung her hands at us i felt uncomfortable. Welcoming was a joke

Unique restaurant with a stylish looking interior. It's spotlessly clean as well as being warm and comfortable when the weather is not so good. You can opt for the all you can eat buffet or choose a full pizza from the menu instead. Excellent views across the park as well to enjoy whilst eating. It's priced in line with pizza hut and other similar places so it's not too bad. They serve alcohol but only in bottles and you get unlimited refills of soft drinks with the buffet lunch. My only concern is that the service is a bit hit and miss depending on who is on duty and sometimes they're a bit short staffed. This can also affect the food as well. On the whole it's very good and well worth a sit inside. Looking forward to experiencing it next year as well.

If you order anything that isn’t the buffet food. Prepare for a wait.Only place in pleasure beach that offer something gluten free. After waiting over 30 minutes for my pizza we decided to leave and get our money back. After watching them prepare endless pizzas quickly for the buffet.If gluten free wasn’t a possibility my partner would have eaten a £4 burger from a stall. Now wasting £18 on a Buffet I had to sit and watch him eat and leave with an empty stomach.I asked them to compensate the fact we only ate here for gluten-free and ended up spending £18 for me to watch my partner eat.No apology from the staff working, in fact they didn’t even return to the table after us asking for an update. We have to go to the desk after watching the guy we asked doddle round. If they had returned with an update in time it may have been different but nothing.It’s hard enough being coeliac, finding places to eat and feeling like you’re making things difficult. This didn’t help.Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Staff went above and beyond on what was a quiet wet day at the park. Buffet food was fresh and piping hot! Salad bar very good and all fresh!

Nice selection of pizzas. 2 different pastas. Salad bar. £16 each per adult which included unlimited soft drinks. Can also get a pizza to takeaway for £9. Great for something eat but dont want to leave park. Very quiet when we went during week.

Decent selection of buffet food. Pizza salad etc none alcoholic drinks included in price too. Reasonable cost with it been on a theme park.
