Absolutely outstanding workmanship!I emailed Michael around 4 weeks ago requesting a bespoke arched door. From then until now it’s been made and fit.I am blown away with how good the door looks, thank you so much.Punctual, fairly priced and all round lovely people!

A few reasons behind the 1 star rating, initially got a quote and had to chase Michael constantly to actually agree a date to complete the job. The price i was given on text i asked a breakdown of what this includes and i did not get a reply so i rang Michael and he explained the reason for the high quote is due to having to get a small skip in that price, material, labour etc. When he came to do the job i was surprised to see no skip had been arranged so i asked when the skip would be arriving and he said cheekily when you order one, he decided to take the rubbish instead but some of the bricks and rubble were left when really they should have been removed as per the job. When he arrived for work he started saying he did not agree to xyz and extra cost would be involved to which i told him the work was agreed as per his previous visit. When i was with him at my house i felt like care & attention was taken and property kept clean but as soon as i left him unattended because i had to pick my son from nursery i came back to lots of mess eventhough i helped tidy up. Part of the job was to get some bespoke doors made for under the staircase, you would think at the price i paid and with them being bespoke they would be nice doors, but they are flimsy, old chipboard material and dont look sturdy. All this was due to Michael trying to cut cost. On the final day i asked him to bring his industrial vacuum so i could clean the dust created whilst he finishes the job, he replied you bring the cash and ill bring the vacuum, he did not even stick to his word on that. Overall really disappointed with the service and bespoke doors which are extremely poor quality.
