Overall great place!! Location was super convenient and felt very safe. Lots of options for spreading out and storing clothing! Only problems were a few doors did not latch and ac was a little spotty. Sonder contacted me to let me know that maintenance was stopping by to work on ac so very proactive. That being said I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again.

The room is well located and we were happy as we walked in. Unfortunately the hot water went out after day one. Once that was repaired after 10 icy showers, we received a modest credit.Unfortunately on day 7 our air conditioning went out and we returned to a room at a sweltering 27-28C or 81-83F. Their service people could not come out tonight and we are left sweating until the sun goes down. Luckily it will likely be cool enough to sleep tonight

This place couldn’t have been more perfect. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with terrace. The view of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Parliament Buildings was fantastic.Staff was very helpful and our stay was exceptional.

My stay was so much better than expected. I was a bit worried when I read the online reviews on Sonder. But this Sonder specifically was great. It was as clean as a five star hotel. There was a concierge in the building and the application had all the information I needed. I’m definitely considering coming back to this place. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and elegant.
