Totally Wicked - E-cigarette and E-liquid Shop

Excellent store. Absolutely UNPARALLELED customer service. I started vaping relatively recently and this was the first store I went to. I knew nothing about vaping but the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, warm, and knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions but the staff are always happy to take the time to explain and discuss things.Lovely product range too, and if I'm not sure about what to choose for something, the staff have always been happy to help by giving me a recommendation (and explaining their picks when I ask lol).Shoutout to Mike for my most recent visit. I came in with a problem, not knowing enough about my new device to fix it, and I'd made the mistake of buying a device from a different store. Although it was very close to closing time, Mike was warm and friendly, and took plenty of time to answer my bajillion questions about my new device.Even though it wasn't a device that is currently sold by Totally Wicked, Mike was plenty knowledgeable enough about vaping (including in this case, sub ohm vaping) to help me understand the problems I was having with my device, and gave me good recommendations (with explanations). Unsurprisingly the juices and coils I purchased are excellent and I'm no longer experiencing the issues I was having. Thanks to Mike, my new vape works like a dream!I 110% recommend this store for all vaping needs. Never ever shop anywhere else...because this store truly is totally wicked!

I popped into the shop as i was local and my disposable vape ran out of puff. The guys in the shop introduced me to a product that was somewhere in between a disposable and a mod. The liquids taste great and in the long run it's going to save me money so its a win win. Thanks for the advice
