Poor unfriendly staff . Keep you waiting. Poor customer service. We write reviews but nothing will be done . I'm moving back to Acre pharmacy. Very polite people there .

Customer service training is desparately needed by one of your staff members. Asking me did or didn't I get a text and getting snappy when I didn't give her a yes/no answer straight away. She knows who she is.

Came in with my daughter and I got completely ignored. A lady was on the till serving someone then when he left she didn’t even look at me and went to the back. A man also came out and ignored me, neither so much as looked at. But then someone else came in behind me and the first woman came out and served him immediately…

Just like to say that all the staff at Shaws pharmacy are amazing. They are friendly, polite and very helpful. I would like to specifically mention one particular member of staff, Carolyn, who always goes above and beyond. She is a credit to the branch.

A lot has changed since my last review i have been using this Pharmacy over 12 years yes 4 years ago i was disappointed with the customer service i received however i have no complaints regarding the staff there attentive helpful and polite and always acknowledge you .The lady pharmacist was wonderful when i was experiencing problems with my medication she talked me through what i needed to do to sort things out.The only thing that is negative is they no longer open saturdays and when your working 54 hours a week and struggle to get in to collect your medication that saturday morning counts especially when there's a bank holiday also involved because if you run out a long weekend feels very long without the medication you needI

After waiting ages to be served to get my prescription, the woman refused to serve me in the end because I only had cash and she was in the middle of cashing up" an hour before it even closed. What a joke wasted my time waiting for nothing

Great service with a smile BUT getting in and out of the shop is the stuff of nightmaresStone steps with the door immediately at the top are the cause of much anxiety for me as I only have the use of one arm!

Went to collect a new prescription and they were really helpful. They spotted that I should be eligible for free prescriptions and spent the time to get the right forms and find out what I needed to do.

this chemist is so lovely friendy and helpfull staff they all deserve a medal. jan is so lovely and helpful keep up the good work ladies thank you for being open xxx

I have never heard of a pharmacy saying they will message you when the prescription is ready!!! It’s taken days!!!!’Please can the authorities provide a better service for Lindley. There are a lot of people who don’t drive and cannot use other pharmacies.Shaw pharmacy is not fir fir purpose
