Doctor was very kind and attentive during the phone call appointment. The appointment was for my dad and he has quite a severe medical history that doctors are aware of. Doctor prescribed medication for me to collect, they normally deliver, but there was a technical issue with the IT so I was told to collect it from the GP which was not a problems at all. However. The receptionists were VERYYY rude. I confirmed with doctor to pick up the prescription from the Blenheim medical centre and when I went there they were not happy to help and quite frankly lazy. At first she said she can’t do anything because the doctor is in the links gp and then after making her check by asking several, several times she said it’s here but she can’t print it because the printer is broken. She lied and was just down right lazy not even trying to help even when I said I confirmed with the doctor to pick it up from the Blenheim medical centre - she said well he shouldn’t have prescribed it here. She made me drive all the to the links surgery which was a 20 minute drive with traffic and when I went to collect it I over heard the doctor being confused as to why I went all the way there to collect it. Overall, good doctors but very bad receptionist. Only gave two stars because of how helpful and kind the doctor was.

DISGUSTING , RUDE RECEPTIONISTS,Patients customer service is non existenceYou cannot even get GP appointment and phones are constantly busy and just ringing away. When they pick up they tell you to ring back at 2pm and to only say sorry no appointments today. Honestly it’s the worst GP practise. If you’re lucky you get a call back from a GP who won’t even assess your physical health and carry out assessments over the phone. Then they say or you need to come in and see them physically. What a surprise! They have a really bogus system and is putting patients at risk by not seeing them and trying to triage over the phone.

have not been able to get a doctor's appointment for years even though I phone sharp at 8 am i get put back somewhere at the end of the queue and eventually there are no more appointments available so this system is unfair unlike the previous system of queueing outside the surgery which was the fairest way to get an appoitment as it was first come first served . The staff are all very good , which is little to do with getting an appointment I think .

As far as GP surgeries go Blenheim is appalling! You can never get any appointments, today (09.03.23) I contacted them on behalf of my elderly mother, reception was most unhelpful which is sadly not unusual. Having been with the practice for 23 years, I have seen a rapid decline and sadly patient care is clearly not important or a priority. Initially Irma advised me advance appointments could NOT be made and we needed to call back tomorrow (10.03.23) despite my mother calling yesterday (08.03.23) and being told to call today. I informed Irma that having spoken to management on more than one occasion, I was aware they are meant to offer advance appointments to their elderly patients, it was only at this point I was placed on hold (after being on hold for a significant period despite being ‘no. 1 in the queue’) to then be provided with an appointment on 27.03.23 and essentially told if I wanted an earlier appointment I needed to call at 08:00 daily to wait in queues where I have historically been on hold for up to an hour if not longer to be told there are no appointments left. Blenheim’s service leaves a lot to be desired and this is certainly not a practice I would ever recommend joining now!

0 stars is too much.Receptionists haven't got a brain cell between them. Cannot comprehend simple issues, and when you try and make them understand, they'll hang up using the 'we don't tolerate abuse'... absolute rubbish, they won't give you a moment to help them understand, and if you're not speaking at a mouse like sound to them, they will put you down as shouting. I am dealing with a medical emergency, and they would rather hang up. Small, narrow-minded receptionists without care.

Trying to book appt for husband….If I could give 0 stars I would. Been on hold for 1 hour and 3 mins called at 8:10am (to book appt you have to start calling at 8). After an hour of hold the automated system lets me know I’m caller 29 and that no more appts are available and to call back tomorrow at 8am! The worst possible surgery. My mistake, I should’ve changed my husbands surgery when I changed mine a couple years ago.For the manager of Blenheim… if you can’t handle so many patients, you should have the courtesy to let them know instead of accepting more, just because each patient brings you money.

What an amazing first time newly registered pt. I had to leave my own local surgery and register here just to get any help. The DR has sorted my much needed medication as well as referred me to pain management. I hope to continue getting excellent care from your surgery.

One of the worse GP practices ever. Waste of tax payer money. Needs to be shut down or investigated. Never available to help. They tell you they are fully booked and there is not one single person in the waiting area. And everyone relaxing on their phones. It’s a joke.

I really appreciate their services. The receptionist Nicola D. was helpful and friendly and Dr Khan was the best doctor I have ever seen. My child had a phone appointment for his tummy ache, but he asked the receptionist to call us to show up at the surgery, because he wanted to see him, not just talk on the phone. I was 40 minutes late due to heavy traffic and Dr Khan kindly saw my child without complaining at all that I was late. He also took a real interest in consulting my child, and referred him for further investigation. Thank you very much Mr. Khan!
