I got trained by Phenil some years ago, and may I add it has been a positive impact since! The professionalism of this company is of a high standard!

The Teacher Trainer is a really good centre to work with. This is down to their support, time and professionalism. I thank all who work there. After successfully completing a number of CPD activities with them I recommend them to anyone wishing to further their educational development.

WORST TRAINING PROVIDER EVER!I became ill which meant that the last part of my course did not upload properly. Since then I have been battling via email because the company had refused to give me a free extension even though I provided NHS proof of this (which they asked for) and now they are threatening me. I have had to email Training Qualifications UK and Highfield Qualifications as they are an incompetent business.We are still in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and Phenil really lacks any empathy. I have had 5 months of no income so even when I did agree to pay the £120 re submission fee just to get my work looked at the company refused because I took over 1 week to reply! Now I am faced with more stress from this company when they could refund me my money so I wouldn't have to chase this constantly! Would not recommend they are better trained companies to deal with.

The Teacher Trainer are a professional company and provide excellent customer service. I did my PTTLS Level 3 course with them and I learnt alot. I liked that it was online but you don't feel isolated because whenever you have a question you can contact the tutor and always get a timely response. I can't recommend The Teacher Trainer enough!

Phenil is a gentleman, very clear and extremely helpful! He wants you succeed and will spend time with you. The Level 3 Education and training course has a lot of resources with it that i used particularly for the assignments. The fee for the course is a realistic one too.I would do further courses with Phenil at The Teacher Trainer" with out a second thought."

I was recommended by a friend and I’m extremely satisfied with the results!I completed the level 3 AET (PTLLS) in 9 days with hard work, grit and determination!
