Great service at the post office whenever I've used it.

Quick turnaround. Would have had 5 stars but owing to space limitations you cannot fully social distance when getting to the right hand serving window.

Staff lovely and helpful, but Post Office is a bit yuk, no ambiance not a lit of stock

I can’t fault the service the post office provide but every time I go in this one the ladies behind the counter are miserable and rude. Can’t speak for all of them, just the ones that I have dealt with. Perhaps I’m unlucky

Very poor service and extremely poor advice . They are very quick to abdicate any responsibility when packages go missing , leaving my daughter stranded abroad . One of the ladies who serves is very surly and always on her mobile when you come in . It seems an inconvenience to her that you are using the post office . Visit at your peril !

Good local post office with the usual services. Also greetings cards and stationery supplies are available.

Helpful staff and good shop really quick and know how to deal with problems

Blonde middle aged woman is obnoxious. I think she should look for a non customer facing role as been rude to me on 2 occasions and I've only been there twice. I bet she's a spinster

Went to this post office to drop off a letter and instead got harassed by a women in her fifties with glasses and bobbed hair behind the counter because I was wearing a motorcycle helmet. She stated this a was a rule written as you walk in which was a blatant lie as I checked this on the way out. Somehow I didnt understand what her problem was. I could clearly see her colleague next to her was laughing at her behaviour. She was clearly on a power trip and was better suited to a job in security! Will not be visiting this post office again.In response to the owners comment below - Your response indicates somehow I was 'verbally abusive and aggressive which' is a complete lie. I also do not understand the need for you to mention you have 'zero tolerance policy to violence' when I was simply making my point. Never did I display any ant-social behaviour whilst in the post office so I fail to understand why she felt unsafe. I challenged her decision which I had the right too like any other customer would have done. Please bear in mind I did eventually remove my helmet. How you can state your staff were professional in their conduct when you was not present? I do not think raising your voice at a customer is considered professional behaviour nor their colleagues finding the whole incident funny by laughing. Your staff also lied to me about their being a sign on the door at the entrance, why? Also taking into account the previous review by another customer its clear that your staff have issues with effective communication so please do not try and insinuate that this incident had something to do with my behaviour or that I was threatening violence. I was simply there to drop off a pre-paid letter!!!
