Ordered our flooring in store. When it arrived, there was well over the recommended 10% excess and none of the threshold strips matched the laminate. We spoke to the store twice who confirmed we could return them (we couldn't exchange because we had a flooring fitter coming before they could have got delivery to us). Upon requesting a return and refund, only then were we told about the £40 + 25% restocking fee, meaning it wasn't worth returning them. Really disappointed.

Place was clean with lots of choice. Chap we spoke to knew his stuff and was helpful without the expected, usual pushy (on commission) attitude.A pleasant experience.

Bought some vinyl flooring from the Plymouth store and was very happy with the material and the service. Louise, in particular, was very helpful.

This is a fairly new store ( to me , anyway).We went there after visiting another well known local flooring store and not even receiving an acknowledgment after nearly 15 minutes !!Scarlet in this store .. could not have been more helpful !!Greeted us on arrival , showed us the flooring , gave advice and has even arranged to have the samples we chose delivered to us .Well done and thank you ! Very pleasant and professional

I received exceptional customer care from Steph right from the get go, all the way through to purchase and after care. She swiftly and gladly responded to any queries I had and really went out of her way to help me along on my Astro search. I'd probably say it was down to her that I ended up purchasing from this company. Highly recommended and will return in the future! Thank you again for all your help Steph!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this store. I ordered the evocore tiles. Around 10 of the tiles arrived damaged from the van, as I was installing a kitchen and I could hide some of the damaged tiles under cabinets but still needed 4 replacements to finish the room, which I got sent to me.Around 4 days after I finished the installation I noticed the tongue and grove on some of the tiles had split. These were on tiles that had not shown damage previously.I removed the all tiles, while doing so the tongue and grove split on a few other tiles. I contacted the customer support to either get a replacement or a refund for all the tiles as I believed that the tiles had unseen damaged from the delivery causing the tongue a groove to split.The customer support said as I had noticed the damage and accepted the tiles that i was not entitled to a refund although I do not believe this to be correct. Additionally the damage I had noticed was not on the same tiles that were splitting, so I had not accepted damaged on those tiles.After about 3 weeks and over 20 emails they offered a 20% refund and which point I just gave up as I was wasting so much time trying to get the refund, but I would not recommend this store.
