Really helpful and friendly people offering a top quality service.Bought a 2017 KTM RC 125 from them and they checked it over. The issues they spotted were a flat battery and a leaking fork seal, which they quickly fixed.I highly recommend them!

Just took delivery of a Yamaha YZF r125 from new city and what a brilliant service. From start to finish they were brilliant. Delivery driver was absolutely brilliant and really friendly, showed me all around the bike and tips on the bike. Highly recommend!

Overall a pretty positive experience buying my first bike from here, mostly dealt with a lad called Ollie whom was a charming guy,helped me with a couple things a few months after I got the bike too (was even doing his best to help me on Christmas Day) , was a bit disappointed with my warranty as they wouldn’t pay out without an invoice which was out of my hands. But as I said, overall a pretty good experience and I am loving my wr!

Friendly helpful shop. Took a friend to get a bike even though we knew what to go for they had a few to pick from. Managed to buy late in the day and get it ready to go and delivered a few hours later.

Massive thank you to new city motorcycles for supplying me with an amazing bike at a great price. Bought a Yamaha YBR125 from them and the bike was exactly as it was listed. Great communication from shop, and they even got it MOT'd for me for an extra £30. Highly recommend.
