Great little gem of a carpet store good old fashioned service. Killian helped me the 1st time with quote. Then i returned and had a coffee with a chap called Nick.

The order placed was ordered in and delivered for my short notice time period. Extremely helpful when choosing the right comfort and durability on a budget. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

My mum had an issue with her subfloor being damp and sinking in her mobile home.Killian from the Sevenoaks store started the ball rolling for us.Mike from the Tonbridge Wells store then came out and had a look.The fitter (Paul) then went in a replaced her whole subfloor paying such attention to detail and going above and beyond for her.The whole team were amazing, understanding and very, very fair.If I could give 10 stars I would.I wouldn't hesitate to use Tapi carpets Sevenoaks again.Great bunch of people!!

Killian was helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose a new bedroom carpet. Follow up on quotes was prompt and courteous. Before ordering we asked whether the fitters would be able to move an existing carpet and were told that this would be no problem. We then repeated this request when booking the fitting appointment and were told that it wouldn’t be a problem. When the fitters arrived they told us that they had no time to move the old carpet. At this stage we had cleared two bedrooms and without the carpet move would have nowhere to sleep. We called the store who said they would try to get another team to come and help, promising to call back. No call was received and I ended up moving the carpet and refitting myself. In summary, pre-sales service was excellent but detailed arrangement behind the scenes and following through on specific commitments after money is paid is weak. We won’t be going back. I should really emphasise that the buying experience before paying was great but they left us with a problem and didn’t call back when they promised to do so.

What a pleasure to deal with Tapi in Sevenoaks. From the sales team to the end product we couldn’t ask for a more professional service. The installer, Jon was beyond brilliant with the installation. Jon was extremely helpful from the beginning and his workmanship is extremely professional and of the highest standard. We definitely will be using Tapi again. Thank you Tapi and Jon.
