We first visited Mint Bay when we were on holiday in March. We had such a lovely meal there that we have just been again, twice this time (on holiday once more). Our visit was in September just after the children had gone back to school, so the restaurant was quiet as far as dining in customers are concerned, but extremely busy with take-away and delivery orders.The flavours the chef gets into the meals are absolutely brilliant. The best curries I’ve ever had, and that includes ones I’ve had in India and Sri Lanka.The service was excellent and very friendly and we were offered a free side dish with our meal.I hope we are able to have another holiday there in the near future just so that I can have another tasty curry. Well done Mint Bay

Found this place by chance fabulous food and service, really enjoyed the meal. And good on them for not serving alcohol, don't always need it with a meal. Big applause to the Chief the food was fabulous

Amazing place, great atmosphere, bring your own alcohol (got no problem with that) soft drinks and non alcoholic beverages served in restaurant, great, friendly staff, not pestered by staff like other restaurants and not a long waiting time for your food like others, have been multiple times now and food gets better and better everytime. Nothing is bland all is flavourful. Will be ordering takeaway from here as delivery looks fast and drivers are lovely from what I have seen in the restaurant.

The food is 5* but the guy we had serving us looked miserable and was short with us most of the night... could have just been a rough day though. The restaraunt is very clean and tidy, the food tastes amazing and the prices are reasonable, I'd go back. Just a personal preference, I don't like it when the bill has a service charge, I prefer to give a tip before being asked for one.

Always the friendliest staff when visiting. The best Indian I have had for a long while. Highly recommend coming in, amazing price and they have a banquet night 7 days a week not just Monday - Thursday!

Can't recommend highly enough. Food excellent and good value for money. If you're eating in they've nit got a licence so take your own drinks, they do serve soft drinks however.Highly recommend.

We had our first takeaway from here today. The food was ready when I arrived to collect it and it was all (except the spring roll) really good. We had the £25 deal plus a couple of extras and we're delighted with the quality and quantity. This was a trial order to test the food and they passed the test! Will be reordering soon. As to the Spring Roll it had a casing that was much too thick and tough to eat.

It was a take away tonight. Just for a change and so glad we did.Really good food. Not over priced and well looked after whilst we waited, I don’t normally eat popadoms but these were really nice.Their Christmas Day menu looks a good one tooThanks Mint Bay
