The pizza dough was very fresh and delicious, but the amount of things that were poured on the pizza was very small and a thin layer was poured only in the middle. It was not satisfactory.The stars are just for the dough.

Always worth a visit to Franco Manca. Was a 10 minute queue to get a table, then quite a wait to be served but it was a busy Friday night. Once served the pizzas arrived very quickly even before the drinks! Pizzas were incredible, soft chewy dough and great topping selections. Very good value with a 'bolognaise' pizza costing around £11.50. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stuff and great service.Kids friendly.The pizza was okay. The Burrata and Nauja andBaked Ragu Mozzarella Grana were so delicious.Overall loved this place

Very tasty gluten free pizza and cocktails. Unfortunately regular pizza (not gluten free) was burned. It was totally black on the bottom. We also had to wait a little bit too long for service. Everyone was really nice, but the whole experience was just not perfect ;) not bad, not great.But really recommend gluten-free pizza :)

Fern the server was great, friendly and attentive. The menu is limited. Saying the base of a vegan pizza to be cauliflower one might expect the base to be made out of cauliflower, the base" they speak of is the sauce? Instead of it being tomato

Ruined pizza for me really as I'm not sure anywhere else is likely to fare in comparison. There must be some witchcraft to cook the pizza both thin, crispy, with the bread soft, doughy and crusty at the same time. High quality ingredients yet the price is cheaper than most fast food alternatives???Starters and sharers are generous portions and an experience in themselves.Had to queue for 15 minutes or so on a busy Saturday night but service was still efficient and friendly despite the full capacity. If I can find any fault it's that the pale ale on tap is a bit boring but I'll accept that that's on me really for choosing it.Only lived in Bristol for 2 weeks and have been here twice... Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely waiters and waitresses! Attentive and quick service even though it was a busy evening today.Pizza was very tasty and great chilli oil but the garlic oil was a bit bland (no real garlic flavour getting through).Garlic bread was good too and having it pre-cut made eating it more convenient!Manager was really nice too and helped resolve a problem on the app :)

Ordered delivery last night and think it may have been one of the worst pizzas I've ever had! Like eating stone cold cardboard. You can tell how dry it was as the box did not have a single grease stain! My boyfriend's was slightly better. But still very little topping and burnt crusts. We also didn't receive the garlic bread we ordered, but luckily uber refunded us that part.
