Do not buy off this company ever. I have bought 3 number radiators. All the rads stopped working. I contacted the so called customer service email only by the way absolutely no response. I am currently getting legal advice as this is disgraceful. I urge all to read this review as I am a genuine person that has been ripped off by a company with zero morals. Do not buy fro. A company like this!!!

Bought heated blanket supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years, stopped working less than a year after purchase, Customer Service just won’t reply, sent numerous emails showing proof of purchase, no phone number to get through to speak to anyone. Very bad customer service if they won’t adhere to their guarantees.

Unfortunatley this company uses Evri to deliver your puchaseNext day delivery can take up to five working days (its in the small print)You cannot phone them (Covid ! ?)They do respond to emails but within 48 hoursThat doesn't always resolve issues so you have to them email again.and again and again.Thanks Futura Direct at least you have made me laughbecause your company is a joke !

This is my 2nd purchase from Futura Direct, 1 via eBay and my second purchase direct from their website to purchase 2 Electric Throws,Unfortunately 1 item developed a fault, so I contacted their Customer service via email. After a couple of days ( it was close to a busy Christmas period, to be fair) they responded, saying I was to receive a full refund for 2 Throws, (even though, only 1 was faulty) and within 24 hrs, the refund was in my Bank. Not only did I not have to return the faulty item, but they even allowed me to keep the other Electric Throw.I can honestly say, I genuinely cannot fault their Customer Service.Well done!10/10Regards

Purchased a garden hedge trimmer from this company worked for 2 days cutting very fine bushes then suddenly started to cut out, although it came with a spare batter it continues to cut out. emailed the seller Futura Direct for refund. we are still waiting nearly 14 days on . They nominated a drop of shop for me to take the faulty item. On arrival the shop turned me away saying they dont use Futura Directs Couriers.Still waiting to get this resolved i keep receiving the same email reply with the same response saying they will be in touch,the office as now closed.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 10 heaters for next day delivery. After nothing arrived after 3 days contacted company via email only to be told to wait another 5 days. 5 days later told the order has been canceled and a full refund issued. No refund after 12 days and ignoring emails. Scam company.

Shocking service. Brought a heated blanket in April. Stopped working in August. Have sent messages via their website, emails to there address. You phone the number online and it tells you that due to covid they are not responding. What a joke. Please do NOT buy from this company. I have tried for three months for a replacement product which cost £50. No response whatsoever. They should be ashamed of themselves. Trading standards for me next!

Bought a Skotek 20 v hedge trimmer with battery from this company which is a really nice piece of kit.It is powerful for a battery hedge cutter and also the battery lasts a very long time.They have an impeccable customer service team who were very helpful to me.Have just ordered additional spare batteries.I would highly recommend them.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone the communication is awful and I ordered an item from the eBay store on Monday 3rd July it says it 3 days postage so I should have received by Wednesday 5th Thursday 6th latest. its is now Thursday 13th July and I still do not have my item and i have made a requested for a refund which i still have not had any response. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING
