Smoke Barbecue

The menu is not as wide ranging as reds BBQ but this place is just as tasty. Furthermore these guys haven't reduced the size of everything like reds have in the past year. Staff were great and there are some good beers on. I actually prefer the brisket here to reds. Prices are similar to reds, if you're hungry go for the all you can eat option.

Lovely place staff very polite and helpful, we had bacon and brie burger and a chicken burger both were the best we have had in a long time. The chips we beautiful, i love chips espically with loads of salt and mayonnaise.

Went on a Wednesday night. Completely sold out of all types of ribs so massively disappointing. Ended up with the brisket platter. Brisket hash was burnt on the outside but had potential to be nice. Brisket itself was fine, nothing special. Burnt ends were ok but the BBQ sauce was the highlight. Coleslaw was nice and crunchy. Fries were cold and over-salted. My friend's veggie burger was cold in the middle but burnt on the outside. Overall we were very disappointed.

Food came quicker than expected and service was good considering how busy it was. Also did a good soda water and black, which is a lot cheaper than the soft drinks on offer. Now, 'smoke' is thought of as doing very good smokehouse style food. We ordered the sharing platter, which was of inconsistent quality. The stars were the brisket hash (added for £5) and the ribs, which feel off the bone as you would expect when well cooked. The pulled pork was tasty, but a bit chewy in places. The turkey leg, which made up a good weight of the platter, was dry, tough and tasteless. We would eat there again, but probably need a better idea of what is done particularly well, as is too expensive to leave to chance.

Superb food and service. Not as busy as Reds but that's due to its location but this does mean you can walk in and get a table.The food is as good if not better than reds.The getting a table situation is a rain pain at reds but this place is incredible.

Awesome ribs from this place, absolutely delicious, had a right feed on them, I got a beef full set of ribs and I struggled to finish them they were so big. Really nice sides and some good drink selections too. Others in my party got some pretty mega looking burgers too.

Lovely service and food. I had the pork chops and they are amazing and massive.

Ordered the share platter, ribs were superb. Chicken was good, pork was OK, Turkey was dry and severely overcooked. Massive portion size for 2 people.

Great service and good selection of drinks, however found the food menu a bit restricted.Got the pulled pork and slaw burger. The pulled pork and sauce were fantastic however the dirtyish burger was a bit of a letdown. Also twice cooked chips seemed a bit overcooked and over priced.Portion sizes are generous. I would recommended, but there are better by burgers out there
