My car was scratched while parked up - took it to the dealer I bought it from and was quoted nearly £500 for a repair.Dropped in to Nationwide - they buffed it out in 5 minutes and didn't charge me.Saved me a huge chunk of cash and top quality service. Very much appreciated.

Nationwide Harrogate took my motability car in to repair and gave me a courtesy car. After they fixed my car they checked the courtesy car and there was a minor scuff, which I know I didnt do because I hardly drove the car and it was always parked in the driveway. They wouldn't listen to a word I would say, and said they are going to put a claim in with my insurance! I hadn't checked the car properly when receiving and now i'm regretting it. Let's see what happens. I will keep you guys updated about what happens. :(

Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. My car went in for damage from a car which hit my when I was parked at work and j went through insurance. Had the loan car waiting for me, made it as simple as possible. Gave me an approx waiting time. Started the car the very next day (I did deliver it at approx 5pm, an hour before they closed so it's understandable!). Had 2 calls throughout the 5 days updating me about the car and explained i needed my car back as early as they could and I even said don't worry about washing it. With that being said it was ready 5 hours later for me to collect. They did clean it for me even though I said not to worry. Nice clean on outside and inside. Brilliant company! Couldn't disagree with anything they did. A great team. The area affected didn't look bad at all! Looked better than the day I bought the car!Thank you all! Amazing job done by you all.

An extremely unethical business and staff that are OK with that.My car went in for repair following an accident. The service of the car was fine.The problems occurred after I had paid the VAT and excess in order to release the car.I got a call from a local tradesman who Nationwide had sought out to put livery on the car. (Presumably they had started using local businesses because their main suppliers wouldn't lend them any more credit.)Nationwide used their administration date and the sale" of their site as an excuse not to pay their suppliers. As a result I now have the suppliers chasing after me.They know they should be paying their suppliers

Brilliant paint job repairing Ford's damage during manufacture. Very professional, organised and really great job on the car.

Unfortunately I have been the victim of this outfit who repair cars for RSA motability insurance.A man insured by RSA collided with my vehicle and accepted liability in the first instance. RSA later contacted me to have my car repaired at Nationwide crash repair services in Harrogate. The car was collected and a hire car issued for the duration of the repairs. On the completion and return of the vehicle all looked promising and to a satisfactory standard.However, on later inspection I noticed that personal belongings and cash had been stolen from the vehicle. I contacted RSA to report the theft and they said they would investigate. The following day RSA called stating that nationwide have no knowledge of the theft and that I had signed to say the vehicle was accepted and there's nothing more that can be done.I have now involved the police and I am awaiting a response from them, additionally, I have contacted the head office of Nationwide crash repair services and they stated that all belongings should be removed from the vehicle before the repair.This is not acceptable, I hold them responsible for the safety and security of my vehicle whilst in their possession. On researching this further, it has come to my attention that this seems to be a common occurrence across many of there branches. You just need to search for their reviews. I strongly advise that you avoid this criminal outfit completely, if not possible be sure to back yourself up with photo evidence.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY HAVE YOUR CAR!!!This place is a joke they caused even more damage to my car trying to fix my bumper. I had to send the car back 3 times to them (terrible paint , crack still visible, they daminged my spitter getting it on the ramp then attempted to repair it with out notifying me , couldn’t even put the bumper back on straight) in the end a different branch had to do it. Once again don’t bother with this place ! Don’t deserve one star I was disgusted

Customer service was excellent and my car was quickly back on the road. Courtesy car was brand new, no bother at all. Highly recommended

Perfect repairs full price but not excessive. Good customer service. Cheapest 4 wheel alignment around but I think this is because they want it to lead to something else. They could vac their chairs in reception though.
