Wimbledon Dry Cleaners

I'd rather keep my cloth dirty and not take it to this shop, they ruined the protection on my motorcycle jacket and they are refusing to take responsibility. The jacket is unusable due to safety issues. The shoulder plates have been Extremely damaged. They will be reported to Trading standards.

They claimed a zipper in my Prada outer was originally missing. I said if it was originally missing it must have been mentioned when checking it first time as when I brought it, they checked every detail of it and I decided to fix all faults and missing zipper was never mentioned. They said they found it later and phoned me to inform but I didn't answer but having checked my call log, there's no missed call from their number. The only call that I had was that the clothes won't be ready for collection at a given date due to the machine broken. It's an old outer but it's valuable not only by its brand but also it's the one that my grandmother gifted for me. It's very disappointing...

I was using this service for more than 10years but today the staff was very rude racist and abusing me in front of other customers this is not acceptable will not use this service again and not recommend any one to use it.

Superb service - took my linen and woolen suits for press and fry clean. Looked amazing when I go them back. Friendly customer service. Quick turn around time.

Terrible Dry Cleaners. Concorde a lot better and just up the road.They ripped my Hugo Boss suit and then claimed it was already ripped before hands*it dry cleaners these ones. Is there a 0 star button.

Dreadful very disappointed took over two weeks to do a wash duvet service - did free collect the item - charged £7 over the advertised price never answered calls or respond to voice messages. Finally went to the new Malden shop and at first they couldn’t find the duvet ! Made every excuse for not contacting me.Felt like I was taken to the cleaners!

I tried to get them to alter a t-shirt for just the length of the sleeves and the body. It is a striped/ breton top, and for some reason the stitching wasn't done in a straight line, so the stitching looked 'squiggly' - sometimes being seen on the black stripes, and sometimes seen on the white stripes.I rejected it the first time and they said they would redo it. The results were even worse, with the sewing being poorly done (with chunks hanging out), and they also added some sort of cloth/ patch inside the sewing, as if they broke something. There were also small holes here and there on the inside of the sleeves.I tried to get a refund but I did not get a response the first time, and was told to come back to the shop on another day to speak to someone else. On the second time, the attitude of the cashier was extremely poor, saying that I was being difficult.I'm still waiting for a refund, and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately it is not possible to leave zero stars in a Google review, so I am forced to leave one star instead.I took a pair of jeans to be dry cleaned as I knew that a standard wash would would cause the jeans to shrink and to soften. The jeans have been dry cleaned, elsewhere I should add, with no issues previously. However, when I got the jeans back they had shrunk significantly and also had signs of being washed, rather than dry cleaned, as the denim had softened significantly.On questioning the dry cleaner I was told that it was not their problem and I should speak to the manufacturer, despite it being obvious they had washed rather than dry cleaned the item. They did not even offer a refund.

This is horrible dry cleaner pls don’t go they are not kind and worst customer service
