What a great experience from start to finish.Before I found Dean I'd had 2 other quotes and wasn't impressed by the companies. However, from the first phone call with Dean I knew he was different. He gave great advice and, having read all the great reviews here, I booked him in for a survey visit. Dean charges £50 for this (which gets knocked off the install bill) this helps prevent time-wasters and also is a very fair price for receiving a proper survey, advice and quotation.Following this visit me and my wife had plenty of questions which Dean always answered really quickly, he even answered his phone to me whilst on holiday!We selected 4 x Samsung 1 way ceiling cassettes for our upstairs bedrooms as we didn't want wall units. They were initially out of stock and Dean kept us up to date about this and confirmed as soon as they were in stock. The install took just 2 days. On the first day Dean arrived at around 8.30am and (because I was happy with it) worked all the way to 9pm. What a great work ethic.Dean cleaned up after himself and the units look amazing, I would highly recommend and will use Dean again in the future once I save up to do the downstairs rooms :-)

I cannot rate this highly enough; professional installation with very little mess (which Dean tidied up). Only had main bedroom a/c installed but would definitely consider getting other rooms done

Great service from Happy Penguin Air Con. Our bedroom's often hit 30°+ in the Summer months. We decided we needed air con and got intouch with Dean at Happy Penguin. He came out to survey the property and gave advice and a fixed price on what we needed. Two weeks later we had air conditioning in the bedrooms with a remote and app control. It's fantastic drops the temperature down to a comfortable temperature It's also quiet. Wish we had it years ago. No mess on the installation great service Highly recommended.

Thanks for the hard work today, the lads came and installed AC in two rooms, cleaned up as if they hadn't been there and helped me move large furniture items back into place. Couldn't recommend enough!

Dean installed 3x toshiba haori units in the house, one in my home office, one in the main bedroom and one in the kitchen and a 10kw unit outside. From the outset of the first communication with him he was up front about costs involved, and the options available, there was no pressure and he provided free quotes and plans of the work he would do which looked great and it's turned out better than I expected. The units look really modern and sleek and it's an excellent job. I would recommend him 100%.

We had one unit installed by dean. The level of service provided was exceptional. Very pleasant and informative. Will definitely be back to have more units I talked in the future and would recommend to everyone and anyone!

From first contacting Dean he was really helpful - great that he was happy to respond via email. Arrived on time, did a great job - with really tidy wiring and no trace of wiring inside. Unit works great - heats the office really quickly too. Left the job tidy and even gave me some useful advise on other jobs I had going on round the house. Would highly recommend. Great service.

Dean was fantastic, from quote to installation. Very helpful, informative and a first class tradesman.The quote was very quick and informative, gave choices of the wall boxes or ceiling cassettes. We decided on the ceiling cassettes as, imo, they look a lot smarter.A short delay on installation as the kit gets shipped from abroad, but Dean was very good keeping us informed.Installation day, these guys are first class tradesman. Professional, neat, clean, tidy and the quality of the finished product is amazing. They even hoovered and left my house cleaner than when they arrived.Fantastic guys from a quality company, highly recommended.
