£9 heat protectant leaked inside the bag. Checked the seal only to find that it was open. Not about to go all the way back to the shop for a replacement. Giving 3 stars as it's one of the few black hair shops in Harrow and for all I know, a customer could have opened it and put it back. Overall though, overpriced and very disappointing.

Bought some shampoo and conditioner and some Shea butter in here. It was more expensive here than in Wembley not sure the reason why.

I went there at 18.30. I did not realise they close that early. The customer service was appalling as the gentleman at the till rudely told me he could not attend to me. Surely, there must be a nicer way to speak to a customer. This same gentleman has been rude before and I had thought it was a one off then. He is not the owner of the shop and so does not care .

Reasonable and nice place. Shop is clean and neat. I wish they could get more range of EBIN products. Recommended.

I’ve been using your shop for many years as a qualified hairdresser, buying supplies every single week spending quite a lot of money. As of tonight, I will not be returning back to your shop due to your awful staff members . You’ve lost a loyalty customer

Staff are always so friendly and helpful.Always go out their way to open the door for my pram too!

A good verity of products but didn't appreciate the older male staff member blatantly watching me as I looked around the store. It made me feel unwelcome and I just wanted to get out of the shop.Think about having a camera at the desk where you pay so you can watch whats going so its not so obvious.

Shop at places where you’re not treated like a thief!I was the only person in the shop and they spoke about me in their language to watch if I was stealing and it was obvious because the guy gave it away. I literally just walked. Didn’t do anything suspicious…Then when I decided to purchase they said it was £5 minimum on card and I’ve shopped here before and they never said that! So I left because that’s not how to treat people.How you selling to black people and stereotyping them at the same time.Won’t get a penny out of me ever again!
