Wow, this place has really dropped it's standards.Lots of staff stood around doing very little but chat in large groups, making it tough to get their attention. Biggest issue is price... I don't know how much half of their stuff is, missing price tickets everywhere, and because it's not priced you have to ask. I asked a nice manager who took 6 minutes to get the price of a toy, I didnt ask about the 5 or 6 other items I was interested in that were not priced. Queues are always slow, maybe those staff stood around chatting can support the front end teams?

Just visited today informed no shopping trolleys as lots have been stolen. I asked what happens if you need large item girl said you have to find a staff member and get a flat bed trolley and they will take it to your car!! A lot of items not priced in all a very frustrating and not enjoyable experience. I will go to Boucher in future.

Bought different items that where on offer with offer prices clearly displayed but charged full price at till . Only bought them because of the offer . Got the difference refunded but if I had done a big shop I may not have caught on !

I wanted to buy 9 throws for our campervan but was told by a member of staff that they didn't keep stock in the warehouse. I struggle to believe that . I could see that the shelf only held 3 but surely there was more

Popped in to purchase some blinds. Well stick and found what I was looking for quite quickly.Browsed for some Halloween decorations and there was a nice range. Loved the dogs a f the inflatable skeleton.Showed the prices in the pics for you to look at.The Christmas section is being prepared and closed off.

It use to be a great shop but they don't even have any trolley's if you are going for a big shop forget about it. The Range on the Boucher Rd is better

Visited this store yesterday 21.09.23 for curtains. The prices for the entire section was dated back to 20.06.23 quite misleading. The staff was not helpful at all, they did not knew where they kept the items and not ready to help and the attitude oh my god, it was like I don’t care if you purchase or not. Well it might not affect the business, if they lose one customer but I am sure not going there.Wish, never had to enter this store, B&M is undoubtedly the best and the staff, too.
