We had a brilliant experience with a gas engineer Adam, who just fix our boiler. He was on time, paid attention to detail and make sure everything is working before he left. I would happily recommend his services.

We had a late night disaster when one of the radiators started leaking, Adam was able to come round with a colleague within an hour and managed to get a new pipe fitted, very nice and reassuring throughout!

Adam was really helpful. He went beyond plumber duties and even helped lift up our flooring and then put it all back into place for us. He was upfront about costs and tried to make sure we wasn't running into another hour for us.

Boiler broke down.. Adam came within 15 minutes! In the evening during the weekend!! That itself is a big plus! Very reliable!! He was very polite, kind and professional! A part was needed to be ordered and it was done so quickly, it’s Wednesday today, and the boiler is fixed! We now hot water and heating again! Really appreciate his kindness of keeping my little girl in mind as the weather is getting colder, he received the new part today and came to fit it In the evening! It can’t get any better than this! Highly recommend! Reasonably priced! Professional and speedy! Thank you again!

I accidentally lost a ring of much sentimental value down my bathroom sink and Adam was at my flat within 45 minutes. It only took him a couple of minutes to retrieve the ring, and he checked the rest of the sink for me and then showed me how to unscrew and reassemble the pipe. Completely brilliant!

Adam completely saved the day! I woke up this morning to a broken bathroom tap that wouldn’t stop running hot water from the faucet. I was quite frantic and he was extremely calm, friendly and helpful and after he fixed the problem he took the time to explain what we should do/keep on hand for future emergencies, even recommended some tools I should keep on hand! He turned what could have been a terrible start to my weekend into an easily solved problem. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, would definitely recommend!

My shower suddenly didn’t stop after pressing the stop button repeatedly the shower continued to.Spray water non stop.I called An emergency plumber.And Once my old shower was removed.The stop valve had stopped working that caused the old shower to break.Adam came to my rescue and Fixed my new shower very securely with sealant on the pipe.To prevent future leaks.And secured the new shower brilliantly to the wall to keep it safe and secure.I Highly recommend Adam outstanding for any jobs need to be done 100% I will use his expertise again.My old shower is the picture on the left and my new one is on the right with sticker on the front.Thank you

Punctual, polite and very tidy. Adam worked through my list of jobs, which included a broken plug, several tap problems and the replacement of a toilet flush.
