Total unprofessional company that seriously need to sort out their customer service!! Ordered my daughters new bed on the 10/02 got email to say shipped in the 11/02. After numerous emails called going to answer phone!! Nothing! My daughter still on a mattress on the floor! Away to contact consumer advice! Avoid at all costs !! Might be cheaper but I would rather pay more and actually get the product I paid for

Great service, especially from Gaz ( I dont know If I spelt it correctly) and his colleague ( two young guys). They did a great job. They removed old hob and installed new one free of charge. They also left the area clean.I highly recommend the company, especially those two guys ( they speak in Spanish ).

So pleased this service exists. Furnitureworld are a bargain if you are looking for value but also long lasting furniture.I was especially happy that they deliver next day but also take the furniture into your rooms of choice and take away anything too!I bought the pine furniture set which came pre assembled and is solid pine, it will last a lot longer than the mdf flatpacks I am used to.Not just a great solution for landlords (they do landlord packages) but also for anyone who needs decent furniture with minimal hassle, for example if you are newly arrived from abroad.Will definitely use again!

Absolutely shocking! Ordered my daughter a new bed for Christmas, 1st delivery date got rearrange, the 2nd I was informed at 9pm it wouldn't arrive after waiting in all day, 3rd after getting my sister to work from my house it still didn't arrive, finally arrived on 4th delivery date, weeks after. When the bed did arrive all the bits were wrong and didn't go together, some were missing. I tried to call, email and message them on WhatsApp after finally getting to talk to someone they apologised and gave me the choice to receive new parts which after the hassle of receiving the bed I didn't want to do, I asked for a refund and have since been ignored, after multiple messages to them. My 5 year old daughter has now been without a bed for 2 weeks and left without her Christmas present, with me having no time or money to replace her present. Absolutely appalling services, utterly disgraceful

unbelievably good. no fuss delivery, goods cheaper than elsewhere, a choice of cheapest verses cheap and good quality. very quick, often next day service, flexible if you phone them and all round a very good experience. Thank you for this service.

Shocking service. Ordered £1,000 bed and waited 6 weeks for delivery. That delivery was cancelled on the day by their delivery company as it wouldn't fit on the van, even though we had taken time off work to receive it! Delivery people very inflexible with future delivery times. Finally delivered 2 weeks after the first one should have happened. They pointed out to use that the box was damaged and were about to up and go when we asked to inspect the item to ensure it was ok. The bed head had a great dent in the back! We refused to accept it and sent it back. No masks worn or social distancing attempted by these delivery people. Rang FurnitureWorld to be told it would be another 6-8 weeks delivery for a new bed. We asked for a refund - here's hoping! No apology. No call from the manager. Hopeless service. We won't be using them again.

it said on the paper work it take a HOUR it took 5 HOURS, there were holes missing so i had to drill them myself which NOW looks messy, i had a mark on my fornt wardrope door which i cant fix. would be good if they called to say when they arriving A HOUR BEFORE i had to wait up until 9-10pm. you can look up your delivery ONLINE but it does not arrive that day you have to chase it up. THE CALL CENTRE WORSE EVER I WAS ON THE PHONE WAITING 40 MINUTES TO GET TOLD SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE DID. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR DRAWINGS, MY PARTNER TRIED SHE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO HELP ME OUT.

Laura and the drivers at this company are great, Pleasure to deal with, very polite and efficient. the furniture is good value for money. I will recommend this company to my many friends and acquaintances. Keep the good work guys! Gintare

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! They will try to sell to you what they are not selling and less updated in the market! They came to my house to change a washing machine AA+ energy rating to give me an old Washing machine with the rating D and when I tried to call them they were very rude and did not let me speak. They took advantage that it was my landlord who bought the machine without seeing the machine asking them to replace my old one but they were con artists and sold brought a machine that should not be in the market anymore because of its energy rating.The law has changed since 2014 for washing machine energy rating from A to AAA+They sell old appliances without thinking that we are the ones paying the bill. No consideration or respect for customers whatsoever!
