simply outstanding service. Having been personally let down by Chas Newens Marine I was nervous from the start. I didn't need to be from the very first call to the day my request was completed I felt like I was talking to a long term friend. my enquiry was dealt with in the most professional way and within 24hrs a solution found. i was invited to the Southampton office to meet the team and have my repair done while I waited. within 5 days of the first contact I made the two hour drive each way door to door. I was given an incredibly warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The cost was far more competitive than anyone else, a warm and friendly team, the upmost professionalism, I now have no reason to ever go anywhere else. I hooe they enjoyed the doughnuts and GF cakes. My sincere thanks to them all.
