Great service as always e mailed 5.40 yesterday to enquire about a nomination charm replied early this morning to say was in stock and they kept it to one side till we got a chance to go in and collect. Assistant was very helpful when we went to collect very happy mam on Morhers Day. Thank you so much

Took my watch to Smithsons for an issue that I thought was a failing battery.After checking, it was found to be a problem with the Perpetual Calendar function. Quickly and accurately diagnosed and swiftly sent off to Seiko as it required a specialist repair.Everything was completed with great customer service.

Visited last week , the staff member was really helpful and sorted our order.However today when my partner went to collect he dealt with a different member of staff and she gave the impression she didn't care. They had the money already so not going to be very helpful. Ring had been sized, put in a plastic bag then in a brown package which stipulated it was a new purchase and need to be boxed. When he asked for a box he was told no.Whilst there for picking up the ring he was going to buy a pendant necklace I'd pointed out the week before, however due to the service he didn't bother.

three watch batteries done in no time and put a bangle in which is not sterling silver but is silver for an infinity as I call it clasp figure 8 to snap onto a locking piece on the bangle itself - took away n am waiting to see the results - I have had many items repaired or charms attached - I Would go Nowhere else - and I live in a different area I travel to go there !!!

Took my watch in for a new battery came back few days later. After couple days stopped working took it back said would have to send away approx£150. Was ok before they messed with it. Wont use them again.
