***Would be a 0 star if possible***I called in an hour or so ago with regards to a Samsung A50 battery you supposedly fitted around three-four weeks ago for me (proof of payment available). I have taken the phone to a trusted friend who works with phones and what they have found when opening the phone up is in their words 'shocking' - see pictures attached.You fitted a battery (photo 3 left hand side) that is clearly not the correct battery and has therefore caused damage to the phone and you used a screw to hold this wrong size battery in place. Please explain how you think this is acceptable. I would like a full refund of money immediately.Regards,Ashleigh Garrett

This is the best phone shop in Norwich... To be honest in Norwich... Their Customer Service is 10 out of 10... I've always used this shop for buying stuff for my phone...as well as buying a new phones..

My son dropped his phone today while doing shopping and it cracked the front screen and the back. They done a brilliant job of fixing it in a very short period of time and got a free screen protector too. They were helpful, polite and respectful. Thanks guys for saving my day or I will have a very grumpy son for the whole weekend.

Had a very good and professional service of a huwaeii p smart 2020They only needed to know the screencode and didnt ask for it so they definately respect your privacy and data. Screen replaced in a hour and a half . Very happy i was able to retrieve what i thought was lost data. BEST prices in Norwich aswell. Look no further these guys have you covered with extras aswell if you need.
