I don’t want to leave a 1 star this service makes Hermes look like gods… worst couriers on the face of the earth. Staff rude when you call totally unprofessional would never buy from a company that uses these again.

AWFUL SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ITEM DELIVERED 5 HOUSES AWAY. DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. DIDNT RECEIVE A CARD THROUGH THE DOOR TO SAY IT HAD BEEN POSTED. A WEEK LATER FOUND OUT IT WAS WITH A NEIGHBOUR. LARGE PARCEL. IM DISABLED AND UNABLE TO COLLECT IT

Use EDS all the time for sending parcels throughout EU and US, never have a problem, fantastic service, superb customer service, and very reasonably priced, we have been using them since the Corona pandemic, and i cannot recommend them enough!!! well done!!

just had parcel picked up .courier was asked to sign and print name on form supplied by EDS for tracking and insurance. he simply wrote ed and signed EDS ! no name or real signature was very unhappy man .despite it being clearly marked with Fragile on box in huge red and white he threw pascal into back off van a though it was an old brick! not ideal for sensitive electronic device ! just hope it survives ordeal will ask any other purchases for us to use different courier! or will be at own risk! not impressed at all.

Poor. After being told I would receive a call for delivery of my pallet a driver had called me saying I was outside your house??? After rearranged for a week later it never arrived. Although during the day when I chased this was told it will be delivered by 4pm. I have lost a fay's wages waiting for this. Dissapointed.

Shocking. Very important parcel lost. Waited 2 days for next day delivery, went to depot to collect parcel. Staff miserable, nobody cares. They looked for the parcel" but nowhere to be found. Needed service part before trip to Europe but not getting it. Very dissapointed

Appalling service, lied too on numerous occasions and no care for the impact. Don't expect an email to be read before 9am as they don't look at them. Want to speak to someone, expect to be on hold for hours. Want a call back? Forget about it. And lastly if they tell you to expect the driver locally to deliver at a time, add about 4 hours to that because they can't get that right either. SHOCKING. AVOID. TERRIBLE
