Brilliant service, especially Stephen James who is always on hand to help out with my mobile questions. He gets any problems sorted out quickly and he's friendly too!

I have dealt with a number of the Team at Reach and have found them all to be helpful. However, Elle, goes over and above on every occasion. She has resolved issues swiftly and efficiently and genuinely makes us feel like valued clients. She has always been a pleasure to work and would highly recommend her.

Andy our set up engineer was fantastic. He was polite and super helpful and efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend Reach to any business. From initial contact, to Tom's visit, to our install, they have been fabulous!

Revised review from 3 stars to 2. They cant get the bill right for anything. If you do not watch it they will add extra costs that were not part of the contract or quotation. Very untrustworthy. Disappointed to be stuck with them as a service provider.Had an initial minor issue with the system. Reach sent out Andy W and another Engineer to fit a new server and tidy up some wiring. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Minimum fuss in getting the service running as it should.Over the past months the system has suffered numerous outages and lack of service. No calls in or out and although Reach get on to it relatively quickly once notified it is annoying that this doesn't flag on their system and we have to contact them. Unfortunately far too many problems to recommend to other businesses.

Andy installed the telephone system, he went through everything step by step with me, and how to manage the system to its full potential to our business needs. Every question I asked however silly it may of sounded, he was professional and always answered them and explained any reason for the answer. His customer focus is excellent. Highly recommended to anyone and company.

I would highly recommend Reach to anyone! They are so helpful and very professional in everything they do. I've used them in my salons and I've never had any problems.
