Will never use again. I've had a better photoshoot experience at a much reduced price. The manager was initially nice but the moment I began to change my mind about the package to purchase, he became cold and condescending. I felt pressured into purchasing the photos I eventually did. Not impressed at all

HORRIBLE MAN (NIGEL)Horrible man that went through the photos with me and my family. Very patronising and ignorant, was told multiple times that we did not want to see specific photos due to my partner not feeling comfortable with them, however he vehemently denied our request and continued to upset my family. Prices are extortionate… do no go here!

Had an absolutely great experience here. Using a voucher for a family photo shoot and paying only £25 booking deposit to secure the session. The photographer was very patient with us our very wiggly 4 month old as she took loads of pictures in different outfits and using different props. We had to reschedule our viewing several time due to little one being poorly. They were very happy to rebook us at a date convenient to us. The viewing was amazing and the photos were better than we expected. After plenty of options were discussed along with prices we spent just under £500 to get all our photos and movie on a USB. Admittedly very expensive but worth it for the pictures we got. Trying to find parking and the price of parking is the only downside but much outweighed by the overall experience.

Lovely experience, the customer care is really good. My family have had the pictures taken twice and the session was fun and the photographer caught very nice moments. The presentation of the pictures was super cool and Ben really friendly and helpful. The prices are quite high but the quality is really good. If you have a big budget I will recommend!

I “won” a voucher. (Just came with some other vouchers) about a year and half ago and I swear they have tried to call me/ email me/ text me every week despite me saying I’m not interested.

Not the easiest place to find on first visit, but a lovely place. Very much enjoyed the experience as Photographers were very friendly and enthusiastic. I booked a bump to baby experience as I am very photo shy and wanted a nice picture of myself pregnant and with newborn. Shoot was very creative. We live about an hour away so having to make 4 visits was a bit inconvenient. Was a bit gutted considering how pricey our purchase was that we still had to try and collect big frames with our baby in the car. We got some gorgeous photos of our daughter and as a family, but all photos of myself were very unflattering so I was a little disappointed. Overall got some lovely photos and enjoyed the experience.

Lovely photos, but very expensive and had to wait 2 weeks for viewing appointment then 8 weeks to pick them up. I've had better experience elsewhere where we got the pics the same day. Fine for the framed prints, but it doesn't take that long to put them on a USB right? Also we had to collect them, they wouldn't post them to us.

Lovely experience! Monika was amazing with our baby and took such an amazing photos. Even the photos of me were a surprise because normally I don’t like myself on pictures. It was far, had to do 2-3 visits, it is expensive but I think is worth it. Our baby won’t be a newborn forever, so to be able to book and capture this precious moment.. forever grateful.

After wining a voucher for a picture in a frame from them I decided to give a go as is been my dream to have a photography session with my family so we been traveling from Oxford to Milton Keynes with our one month old baby and it wasn’t the easiest but as we go there yes we struggled with the parking and to find the location and also once we get there we had to go so many stairs down and the photographer was ok we suggested to him most of the time how we wanted to be photographed and one disappointing thing he didn’t tell us much if we look ok or if we had to correct something after we booked our viewing session and this time only my husband did go we both decided to get all the pictures which Yh 500£ now days is so expensive but I know places that they charge 1k for only 30 pic the down side was that was really funny that we had to wait 4-6 weeks to get our pictures back after I think 3 weeks we got them and they send us a bad usb and we couldn’t view any pictures I did complain and send the second one which didn’t include the video this time and the editing of the pictures and the background was very bad and now complaining again we waiting for the third usb which we hope will be alright this time plus they will give us a bigger frame but personally I am very disappointed and I will no go back to them in future
